Born on 7th July 1972, Kirsten Vangsness is an American actress and writer. She is best known for the role she plays on the CBS drama series Criminal Minds as Penelope Garcia, FBI Technical Analyst.

Born to dad Errol Leroy Vangsness and mom Barbara Mary, Kirsten was very shy in her childhood. She got involved in the acting industry to overcome her shyness.

However, actress Kirsten Vangsness has never opted for any exclusive formulas for her weight loss. She has also never talked in support or suggested the usages of this kind of supplement.
